After years of accumulation and experimentation, Los Vietnamita has finally evolved from a popular food truck to a popular restaurant. The interior design of the restaurant takes into consideration Los Vietnamita’s history as a food truck and recreates the ambiance of a night market. The wallpaper features designs inspired by food truck patterns, while the use of corrugated panels imitates the ruggedness inherent to food trucks. The overall design still reflects Los Vietnamita’s fast food and takeout characteristics. The extensive use of stainless steel for the bar counter and dining tables perfectly combines a fast-paced style with durability and easy cleaning.
Currently, Los Vietnamita’s food truck is temporarily closed, so those who wish to enjoy their food can visit the restaurant directly.
