Scope of work: Partially Renovating Commercial retail store according to the drawing issued by client
Features: Demo & Dispose existing drywall partition wall at counter area.
Demo & Dispose existing counter cabinetry and counter tops.
Demo & Dispose damaged baseboards.
Demo & Dispose existing t‐bar ceiling tiles in washroom area.
Construct new drywall partition wall at counter area, replacing the old damaged one. (including patch, repair and make good adjacent surfaces for new finish wall with paint finish to be prepared as per general notes.)
Provide & Install new counter cabinetry replacing the existing one.
Provide & Install standard quartz counter tops for new counter cabinetry.
Open up tile baseboards in prep area, redo the waterproofing works and recover the tile baseboards. (tile color is to be close to exsiting one)
Demo existing light box. Provide a standard panel light for warehouse area, 2 potlights for washroom area, extension cords for 5 existing celing lights, 4 track lights.
Alterations for the existing 42” door frames, change to 32” width.
