Features:
Demo & Dispose existing flooring tiles in the rear kitchen area.
Provide a garbage bin for construction debris disposal.
Provide & construct waterproofing before tiling the floor in rear kitchen area.
Provide & Install standard 1×2 floor tiles in rear kitchen area.
Provide & Install standard tile baseboards in rear kitchen area.
Provide & Install new FRP boards on the wall within the rear kitchen area.
Appliances disconnection & reconnection and plumbing works are provided by certified trade.
